2011-Current	Advisor/Consultant focused on supporting a variety of organizations with accessing local, state, federal, and private philanthropy. The focus of support has been on education, natural resource conservation, land and water conservation, youth development, social-emotional learning, and social impact projects. This work is focused on leveraging multiple funding streams to meet community needs and organizational development.
2003-2011	Developer/Co-Developer of multiple Statewide Intermediary and project based grants totaling an estimated $16,000,000 for New Mexico Communities, while support access to higher education through scholarships earned by AmeriCorps participants.
2003-2010	Co-Developer, the Next Generation Fund, a state endowed fund with a current corpus of $1.5 million dollars that is dedicated to supporting positive youth development and civic engagement activities.
2003-2011	ExecutiveDirector, the NM Commission has seen the annual budget grow from $1,400,000 in 2003 to $3,900,000 in 2010.
2004	Collaborator/Funder, NGO, New Mexico. Major catalyst in developing a unique public/private partnership, provided a portion of the initial financial support for the development of the state non-profit association.
2000	Lead District Administrator, Cerro Grande Fire, Los Alamos, New Mexico evacuation. I worked with the Red Cross on coordinating opening the primary center for displaced residents of Los Alamos, New Mexico.
1999	Lead District Administrator, passage of the February 1999 $53 million dollar Bond/Mill Levy Election for the Santa Fe Public School District and through developing support for the district facility master plan.
